CSM Group worked closely with the design-assist contractors to drive value during the design process, conducting meetings with our subject matter experts, the client, all design-assist contractors, and the architect and engineer to discuss the design in detail, assign budget numbers to design options, and more.
Throughout the bidding process, CSM Group worked collaboratively with select trade contractors to facilitate a value engineering process, bringing the project within the client's budget.
