CSM Group is pleased to announce that Kim Carr, JD, SHRM-SCP, has joined the organization as Chief People Officer. Carr leads our Human Resources team in optimizing people-centered activities, and supports leadership in creating an engaging, high-performing culture.

Prior to joining CSM Group, Carr served as Vice President, P&O Operations and Talent for Mars Petcare, where she was responsible for ensuring the success of the talent pipeline across all levels of practice and over 1,000 animal hospitals in North America. She brings over 20 years of experience leading HR teams, as well as over a decade of experience in law, having served as Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment for several Chicago-based companies.
As a people-centric company, Carr will be instrumental in developing strategies and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team and empowering everyone within the organization to be successful.
