John Bammer joins CSM Group as a construction manager

CSM Group is pleased to welcome John Bammer, construction manager, to the team.

As a construction manager, Bammer will provide leadership, direction and oversight support to projects during all phases of construction. He will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

Bammer comes to CSM Group with 23 years of experience working within the construction industry and is skilled in managing design-build projects. His portfolio of managed projects includes several for Pfizer, Inc., including a 14,400-square-foot warehouse expansion and installing a new high-speed packaging line. He has also managed projects for MPI Research in Mattawan, Michigan.

With his experience in safety, subcontractor scheduling, coordination, submittals, and quality control, Bammer will be supporting CSM Group’s food and beverage market on a project in Streator, Illinois.
