CSM Group is happy to announce the addition of Barbara Adams, project controls manager, and Deborah Russell, materials expeditor, to the team.
Adams has 20 years of experience in managing projects and portfolios ranging from $50,000 to $1.2 billion and includes all stages of projects from front-end engineering, detail engineering, construction, and commissioning. Her experience ranges across multiple market sectors, including pharmaceutical, oil and gas, chemical, and power.
As a Project Controls Manager, she provides project controls execution support, including implementing and executing cost and schedule management programs; change management and forecasting; reporting; analysis and tracking; identifying project risks; developing project controls plans; and generating, managing, and updating project schedules.
Russell is a seasoned materials process leader with more than 13 years of experience in business management, program implementation, and inventory management across multiple market sectors. She also has extensive experience in supply chain management, staff supervision, and budget development and spent the last decade of her career as a material process leader for a marketing solutions provider in Tampa, Florida.
As a Materials Expeditor, Deborah supports the on-site project teams at a confidential global pharmaceutical client site. She monitors the Capital Receiving Log, supports and manages Procore utilization, logs asset delivery locations and dates, identifies project risks and opportunities, proposes mitigation plans, and provides support and guidance to the construction team.
