CSM Group is pleased to announce that Bruce Zache has rejoined the organization as a project manager!
Zache originally joined the CSM Group family in May 2009 before leaving in December 2013 to explore a career opportunity in Southwest Michigan. He has over 15 years' experience overseeing architectural, civil, and MEP construction teams and projects, and his customer-focused expertise in value engineering, baseline scheduling, contract negotiations, and closeouts will be an asset to our project execution.
As a project manager, Zache will provide leadership, direction, and oversight on projects during all phases of construction. He will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
