CSM Group is proud to announce that it has received the General Captive Insurance (GCI) 2021 Risk Control Award. This award is presented to members of GCI who display a dedication to safety and risk control by implementing policies, procedures, and automations to reduce risk.

The criteria for receiving this award include a high Risk Control Assessment score, low workers compensation frequency rate, low auto liability frequency rate, regular attendance at semi-annual risk control workshops and board meetings, and active participation in claim reviews and claim satisfaction surveys.
