CSM Group is pleased to announce that Noah Schneider, HCC, STSC, and Rob Rohlman have been promoted to Vice Presidents.
In this leadership role, Schneider and Rohlman are responsible for the management of client accounts, expanding and securing new business, and assisting in the growth and development of staff members. They also guide staff development by identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately, and motivating teams to provide outstanding client service.
Schneider joined CSM Group in 2010 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of the organization. His experience in all phases of construction has led to successful project outcomes for clients across the Midwest.

Through his relationship with local clients and trade partners, Noah has excelled in expanding CSM Group's footprint in Traverse City, Michigan, and continues to seek new ways for our team to bring value to that region.
Rohlman joined CSM Group in 2016 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of CSM Group's education market sector. For the past six years, he has represented our clients’ best interests from project design to completion and has brought continuity and process efficiencies to projects from the start of the pre-construction phase through project closeout.
