CSM Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Cusano to pre-construction manager.
Cusano, who has been with the company since April of 2015, will work closely with internal teammates, design teams, and owners to provide pre-construction planning support on projects, including the development of bid strategies, scope writing, developing project schedules, bid solicitations, pre-construction meeting walk-throughs, and post-bid interviews. He will also provide support on safety and logistics planning initiatives.
With 23 years’ experience in the construction industry and his detailed knowledge of the pre-construction process, Cusano will play an integral part in CSM Group’s proficient management of projects across the country. He has already been instrumental in leading the pre-construction efforts for many projects for the company and has worked with many clients, including Bronson Healthcare Group, Radiant Church, Jackson Public Schools, and Henry Ford Allegiance Health.
