To better support the organization’s growth and position in the market, CSM Group has promoted John Kakoczki, CHC, STSC to vice president. He joins Josh Rohs, Kevin Kirk, and Brian Beaver who also hold this title.
Kakoczki joined CSM Group in 2006 and has been an integral part of the growth and development of the company. His portfolio includes clients such as Bronson Healthcare Group, Kalamazoo Public Schools, Greenleaf Companies, and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Currently, Kakoczki oversees all projects for Bronson Healthcare Group, which includes managing a team of 22 project managers, project engineers, and interns, as well as providing oversight of 19 current projects.
“The expertise and level of detail that John implements into our healthcare projects are outstanding,” said Jim Feltch, president and chief executive officer at CSM Group. “As a Certified Healthcare Constructor, he has a thorough understanding of the building attributes, such as therapeutic environments, cleanliness and sanitation, accessibility, and security and safety, that are necessary for healthcare systems to properly care for their patients.”
In this leadership role, Kakoczki will be responsible for the management of client accounts as well as expanding and securing new business and will assist in the growth and development of staff members. He will guide staff development by identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately, and motivating staff to provide outstanding client service.
