CSM Group is proud to announce that Bruce Zache has been promoted to project director.
In his new role, Zache promotes collaboration between CSM Group, design teams, and clients and guides recommended design improvements, construction techniques, and schedules. While monitoring cost and progress information of construction activities, he also ensures that the owner's best interests are served through the project's duration.
"Bruce has done a great job taking ownership of his projects and becoming the face of them with the client," said Rob Rohlman, program executive. "He has taken his dedication and commitment of his jobs to the next level and has done a fantastic job managing them. Since coming back onboard with CSM Group, he has been involved in numerous projects, mentors his CSM Group colleagues, and has become instrumental in the execution of our projects."
Zache originally joined the CSM Group family in May 2009 before leaving in December 2013 to explore a career opportunity in Southwest Michigan. He has over 15 years of experience overseeing architectural, civil, and MEP construction teams and projects. His customer-focused expertise in value engineering, baseline scheduling, contract negotiations, and closeouts is an asset to our project execution.
