- Andrea Hempstead – Senior Preconstruction Manager
Andrea ("Andie") Hempstead has been promoted to Senior Preconstruction Manager in recognition of her unwavering attention to detail and people-focused approach. Joining CSM Group in 2021 as a Preconstruction Coordinator, Andie has consistently demonstrated excellence, earning the People First Award in 2024. In her new role, Andie will continue to support all aspects of preconstruction, bidding, and trade eligibility. - Anne Bujala – Senior Project Administrator
Anne Bujala has been promoted to Senior Project Administrator for her outstanding dedication and results. Anne joined CSM Group in 2017 and has since played a vital role in ensuring smooth project operations for Pfizer, where she leads a team managing projects from start to finish. Anne is a graduate of Western Michigan University. - Bettesue Weniger – Senior Scheduler
Bettesue Weniger’s expertise and commitment have earned her a promotion to Senior Scheduler. Joining CSM Group in 2022, Bettesue has provided invaluable support to project teams, ensuring timely project delivery through her scheduling skills. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Baker College, Bettesue continues to exemplify excellence. - Emily Langley – Talent Acquisition Manager
Emily Langley has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, recognizing her proactive and innovative approach to hiring top talent. Since joining CSM Group in 2022, Emily has been a trusted partner to hiring managers and will now lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University, where she graduated Cum Laude. - Kalem Pulliam – IT Field Manager
Kalem Pulliam’s customer service excellence and technical expertise have earned him a promotion to IT Field Manager. Joining CSM Group in 2017, Kalem has grown through multiple roles and now leads the IT field support team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. - Jake Kendall – Project Manager
Jake Kendall has been promoted to Project Manager, where he will lead the service department while continuing his work with the Bronson team. Jake joined CSM Group in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience from Stanton Interiors. - Steve Ochsenkehl – IT Security Administrator
Steve Ochsenkehl has been promoted to IT Security Administrator for his leadership and expertise in cybersecurity. Since joining in 2022, Steve has been instrumental in safeguarding CSM Group’s digital infrastructure. He recently earned his Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Defense from Davenport University. - Zack Nutter – Project Engineer
Zack Nutter has been promoted to Project Engineer, where he will join the team managing the Burdick’s Bar & Grill project in Kalamazoo. Since joining CSM Group in 2024, Zack’s can-do attitude and attention to detail have set him apart.
