Will builds and leads teams who deliver complex industrial projects and provide professional services for technical, highly regulated programs nationally. This involves a variety of project delivery models that are supported by people who possess diverse technical skill sets and wide-ranging market expertise.
In his current role, Will leads operations of one of CSM Group's two divisions, where he focuses on delivering new levels of performance in program management, client-facing service, and leadership of a diverse team of industry professionals. His specialties are program management, capital project management, construction management, project controls and all functions that support them.
After 20 years in the industry, Will brings experience and expertise to successfully execute large and complex capital projects, with particular expertise in MEP systems. His experience includes projects valued in the ten-figure range within the industrial, energy, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, aerospace, tech, nuclear, chemical, EV, food & beverage, mining, manufacturing, and commercial industries.
Will is in constant pursuit of value-added solutions, operational excellence, increased profitability, and continuous improvement for both CSM Group and his clientele. Will has led many programs, projects, and teams that enable his clients to produce goods that are recognized and relied upon globally.
