Community Engagement
Building Strong Communities Everywhere We Work
Our passion for community engagement extends beyond just our headquarters; it’s a core value that drives our business and connects us with people in every corner of the country.
From coast to coast, our team is made up of parents, mentors, volunteers, and advocates who are deeply invested in the places we live and work. Whether we’re supporting a local non-profit, partnering with schools, or coaching youth sports teams, our employees and partners are united by a shared commitment to building stronger, healthier communities.
At CSM Group, we believe in creating a legacy that leaves a positive impact wherever we go. Through strategic partnerships, volunteer efforts, and charitable initiatives, we take an active role in supporting the growth and success of communities nationwide.
With a network of dedicated professionals spread across the country, we bring this spirit of engagement to every project. Together with our clients and partners, we work to make a difference—one community at a time.
Philanthropy Rooted in Kalamazoo
Our team has devoted a significant amount of time here at CSM Group giving back to the community. From leading job site tours for Michigan Works! Southwest and the Michigan Building Trades Council to teaching the next generation about careers in construction through MICareerQuest Southwest and partnering with Vision for Prosperity, we are devoted to helping the Kalamazoo area continue to grow and thrive.
As a firm invested in the future of our community, one of our philosophies is to keep jobs and dollars in the local economy. Therefore, we strive to hire as many local trade partners as possible to promote this objective and support the local workforce.
Our commitment to our community runs deep in our organization and we are priod to support a number of local initiatives and non-profit organizations. Our staff sit on many local boards in Kalamazoo and the surrounding area. We are neighbors and collaborators on many local initiatives.
