Adam Brink
General Counsel
Adam Brink brings nearly two decades of construction industry knowledge and experience to CSM Group, including extensive experience in the administration of public and private commercial contracts, including state, federal, and international construction, engineering, and consulting contracts. Adam’s legal background includes supervision of corporate employment, commercial insurance, and suretyship programs, plus technical knowledge in corporate cybersecurity, state, and international data privacy laws, and management of artificial intelligence platforms.
In his role as General Counsel, Adam provides legal counsel, strategy, and guidance on a wide range of company activities, including making recommendations to improve risk management. Among other supporting functions, he works alongside CSM Group’s preconstruction, field execution, finance, and operations teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, provide guidance on communications, and support CSM Group’s timely and successful delivery of client projects.
Adam graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Virginia and Michigan, as well as an active contributor to several construction industry legal forums.
