"CSM Group is an outstanding organization. We had to convert several adjoining labs that had been decommissioned into two state-of-the-art IPL in 12 weeks. The delivery model was non-traditional because of the time constraints. The project execution plan was developed on the fly with CSM Group, one of our chemists, and our PM. The labs were cleared of all hazardous waste, mercury in the sink drains was remediated, and the ACM fume hoods and bench tops were remediated. The team developed the layouts based on the instruments and workflow, then worked with the architect to develop sketches for the construction team to execute.
